Circumstance using Pega Express
We have option to add step/process to the case using Pega Express. Is it possible to define "circumstance" to any property(like empid) for the newly added step/process in Case using Pega Express.
Because we have requirement to add new step in a perticular case at runtime to the particular work object and that should not reflect to any other workobject.

Hi Devendar, The option to circumstance the newly created process directly from Express is not present as of now. However, you should be able to create the circumstanced rule from app explorer and at runtime based on case data it right process (circumstanced or non-circumstanced one) will be picked.

Our requirement is that a Business (end) User should be able to modify an existing stage/process and it shouldnt affect other users or cases. So he should be able to save a version based on the case id or some other attributes.
As it will be a business user, case designer cant be used by him and so we need to give him Pega express access to let him update the Stage/process/case
but without circumstancing option it will not fulfil the requirement at all.
So can this option be enabled using any settings (roles, privileges, etc) in Pega express

Why the changes made by the business user should not affect other users? Is this because the changes are in flight and at a certain point they will be pushed to everyone? Whom it should impact?
Circumstances are typically used for handling different business usecases and not for showing different things to different users. Roles/privileges are meant for that.
Have you explored using different rulesets stack options for different users for this requirement?
