Circumstance by template rule is not picking

Hi,

I have a report definition which I circumsatnce first with template and definition and it was using propoerty from OperatorID system page. However the circumstanced rule were not picked and always base rule were picked.

For the purpose of testing I created a circumstance using same property using option property circumstance instead of template and it started picking.

Can you anyone advised if there is any limitation?

FYI,

Pega version : 7.1.5

Applies to: Work class

Property used in template: OperatorID page properties
