Chart Type not supported
Hi,
We are using Pega 8.2.1 version where we are getting error "Chart Type not supported " while using chart type v6 in report definition as shown in the attached screenshot. However when we use char type v5, it works.
Similar behavior was also observed in Pega 7.3.1 version.

The only reference I can find to this message is in the following support article:
If the root cause mentioned here (custom fusioncharts.js binary present) is not the case in your scenario, then you should submit an SR.

Update - We are not able to display chart in a section regardless of what chart type we use. The problem has started after upgrading pega from 7.2.2 to 8.3.1. Please refer to the attachment for more details

For others who have not customized the fusioncharts JS in your applicaiton but are still facing an issue. After upgrade (either to latest patch or minor version), if you haven't already done so, please clear the temp folder and then restart the application server.
This worked for me.
As part of the version upgrade if JS files are updated, then the temp folder may need to be cleared in order to get the charts to show up correctly.
