Chart colors for different group values
Hi ,
We have a requirement to achieve different colors for different group by values.
a screenshot of the chart is attached.
we are grouping values with SLA within 4 hours and another within 8 hours.
requirement is to show different colors for different bars.
we are using 7.2.2 version.
can this be achieved? if so how? thanks.

Hi,
The is a color setting option in the chart tab of the report definition where you can use conidtional colors as per your requirement. I could not test the same myself, but I think it should work.

thanks fayaz,
these colors are based upon numeric values. for ex., age>18
but am looking for colors based upon text value.
for ex., grade=='A', when i group by grade, grades with A should be one color and grade b another color and so on.

Hello Sai,
I took a look at it. It has two conditions either of which can be chosen. One can be numeric value and the second based on the data you chose on the x-axis or within the chart for grouping.
For your requirement, you can choose "Grade" column on the x-axis or use it inside the chart. (not-y axis)
It will display that under the conditional colors.
See the ss below. I added "case status" for grouping under x-axis. I was able to choose the color based on the case status.
