Channel ID ,Campaign Name Not Coming In Interaction History while using volume constraint in Campaign Run

 

Dear All,

We have customized the channel ID and campaignName property for outbound channels using PreOfferExecution OTB Data Transform .The channel ID and Campaign Name is populating in IH while Running without volume constraints but These values are not Populating in interaction history while running with volumne constraints.

Any Help on this will be appreciated
