change assignment background colour on validation
Hi Team
In our application we are using tabbedscreenflow,now i have validation rule on click of submit in last assignment.my question is when ever there is error message from validation rule for particular assignment,i need to change that assignment background colour,i am able to acheive it with enabling the client validation but i need to acheive this upon firing the validation rule..
Please provide any suggestions.

You may have to define a style class for error and use that.
TreeNavigation has the similar set-up.

i placed the style class for error but tree navigation or tabbedscreenflow the background changes based on client validation i.e when "pclienterrors" is true.
but i need this functionality on firing the validation rule from submit button.

Where you want to change the background color ? Is it the entire screen or a particular portion of the screen or in the tab level ? As Sashi said, you may have to define your own css class for that ,however first you have to determine where exactly you want the background color to change ?

I think something similar is configured out of the box for displaying urgency in your worklist for three different condition. And I can see it is handled in pxUrgencyAssign section which is having three cells with conditions to display same property with different style
Have a look at this section which is embedded inside pyWorkListWidgetGrids section
