Champion Challenger not working properly

Hi Team, When the Customer calls for the first time, then Champion Challenger will decide the reason either as Champion or Challenger. But in some cases for a single interaction some customers  are getting both Champion and Challenger for same assetid/customerid. Does anything know the reason behind this? Thanks in Advance
