Certificate - I dont have a second name

I have only Single name and in profile it's mandatory to fill second name. I'm trying to put . as second name but it does not allow.

While giving Pega CSA certification I had given second name as .

Now in certificate my name is incorrect as I'm not able to fill . in place of second name. Please help if anyone faced this issue.
