CDH Outbound Action Limit
In 8.7.2 Trigger_NBA_TopLevel is returning only 1 action for outbound. This is an OTTB expected behaviour , and if we want to output more than 1 outbound action, then as advised by Pega we need to update FinalActionLimit DDR to allow additional actions. Pega Support said that " "The reason we enable 1 default action is so that we don't want to send multiple emails to a customer at the same time (spamming). This best action is determined by using AI to prioritize rank actions."
So at my current project I have tried to test to see which action is getting pick if a customer is eligible for more than one and I have doubts how NBA Strategy works because in the Arbitration strategy I get 3 actions( see attached screenshot) but in FinalActionLimitsAndBundling the filtering is happening and we get only 1. My question is based on what criteria we are choosing one action versus another in the strategy after NBA Strategy Framework Customers.
Any inputs or guidance from any LDA or product owner from Pega will be greatly appreciated because there is so many strategies in FinalActionLimitsAndBundling and it very difficult to test each of them with so many external input shapes. Thanks in advance,
