CaseWorkers are not able to access more than 5 cases in sequence

Most of the Business users do have access to Case Worker portal, and they are not able to access more than 5 cases continuously, the screen gets freeze.

 Does anyone faced this type of issue, case workers are not able to acess morethan 5 cases continuosly from My Work?
