Case wide flow action not refreshing after submit.

In Pega 8, theme cosmos, I have configured a case wide flow action . When i open the case , it is currently on Review Harness. Upon clicking Actions > Flow action > the section is opened in Perform harness inside the main Review Harness.

When i submit the flow action, the screen doesnt refresh to show the updates. Basically i want to achieve a reloadwindow on submission.
