Case name should be removed from attachment name when we download attachment

Through email listeners, we have created a case and the corresponding email and Pdf document attached to the case so my requirement is when we download a pdf from the case the CaseID is attached to the PDF name how do remove CaseID in the PDF attachment name(14061197_TE-53025) when we download it?.
