Case Locked exception for interaction cases
Hi Team,
users are seeing the Interaction Timeout error for interaction cases.
"You have lost the ability to make this change because a change elsewhere has taken precedence over the change you made here".
I do understand this is expected behavior in case of if the user lost lock on the case, but in our case though the user is acting on the interaction case by creating service cases as needed , users are receiving the interaction time out exception.
we are using default locking mechanism with time out of 30 minutes.
