Case generation Failure leads to effect all other case types

Hi everyone,

I created a new case and trigger it which results the ".pyCommitError", Now my problem is that following error affecting all my other cases which belong to the ClassGroup/Workpool Class ?? May I know Solution How to Resolve this issue??(below there is attached file which shows error)
