Case Archival import Excel

I am working on Case Archival and was able to get the files. But unlike Wizard Zip File the case archival is creating Excel Files.

is there any way we can import and restore the case ? or we have to build our own logic for it.

The Archive,index and Purge is happening correctly and the file is stored in the cloud storage.
