Cant access trial

I have an email telling me "Your Pega 7 Platform Trial is ready for you!" but when I click the link I get "The request did not go through. You might not be a valid user on this system. Please use Platform Trial to signup for your personal trial. "

I think I got an error on the password setting but I got the confirmation email...

How do I fix this?
