Cannot interrogate a webpage

Hello,

I am using the 8.0.1089.0 version of Robotics Studio on a machine running Windows 10 build 1703 and when I try to interrogate a webpage using Internet Explorer 11 the checkbox "Create Global Web Page" is not visible. None of the additional drop down choices for web adapters such as "Select Element" are visible as well and I am unable to match web controls of the page.

It seems that this issue was resolved with any of the versions of Robotics Studio after 8.0.1075.0, but I am still encountering this issue despite having a more recent version. Any help would be appreciated!
