Cannot interrogate control on Internet Explorer

Issue Im having with pega version 1.19.57.0 is that I cannot interrogate control on web application. No error is prompting but target icon would not capture the control where cursor is located or does not highlight the control. I am accessing it thru VDI Win10 2004 and IE version 11.
