I am not able to create SR in my Support portal.

It is saying "You are not currently affiliated with an account. To become affiliated with an account, you must enter a support request either requesting assistance with a problem you are experiencing with a Pegasystems product or requesting that you be affiliated to your company. Once affiliated with an account, additional features will be unlocked. Allow 48 hours for account access requests to be reviewed and approved."

I do not know how to affiliate with an account. Please suggest.
