CancelRequest optional action for a certain time.
Hello,
I have a requirement where customer can cancel his request anytime before Two hours of the Pickupman Arrival.Customer initially selects the date and time when the pickup man comes to pickup the clothes.Cancel Request is an optional action.How to configure this?

Hello,
I think I would create an Overall SLA on the WorkObject with those two hours. When the Deadline is reached you could setup a flag and use that flag to remove the CancelRequest option.

For the Local action, configure the When rule which checks the date time difference as (Pickup Datetime - Current Datetime).
Return true, if difference greate than 2 else false.

Is it a when rule or an expression? i am unable to do it in a when rule.
I tried different functions to calculate the difference.But it is not working.Please help me out.
If possible provide details.
