Can you enable the Mute Button with Pega Call on a Local JTAPI CTI Link rule?
Hi,
I'm trying to enable the mute button for Pega Call, we're using OpenCTI but in the SwitchCapailities we don't have the CanMute option. When trying to add it the icon shows but when using it, it returns an error message "pega.cti.API.muteCall is not a function".
Does this mean the option cannot be added or is there a way of doing it?
