Can we make pega mobile application with matrix creation for live geolocation and tracking live location ?

The requirement is can we make an  application using pega the output should be like Uber applications for food and  delivery or Any other live locations tracking application? . In android native we can get the location gaps and from particular point to point can we able to do in pega Mobile or Web.
