Can we link to section rule from shortcut rule

HI All,

I have requirement to add the custom link in report browser when user click on link it will redirect to other application like -google.com.

Report shortcut rule support only Report definition ,List and summary view. I tried with report definition using Display rows using custom section. but wanted to directly open the link.

Please suggest ..
