Can Platform support direct upgrade from Pega 7.1.4 to Pega 8.4 with the points as mentioned below?

Hi,

Did anyone have any idea/experience in upgrading the platform & CPMFS 7.1.2 to Pega 8.4? If so can you throw some points to consider for us to the preliminary insights?
