Can Pega support webhooks similar to webhook.site?

Hi,

 Greetings. I need to know if Pega can support webhooks, i have a webhook created using webhook.site and was using this as a webhook url in third party service, Is there a way to create a webhook in Pega and use that instead? I mean if someone can provide any pointers it would be helpful, i have already seen the posts related to Webhooks for facebook and mailgun.

I have created a Service REST and used that as a webhook URL in third party service.
