Can i customize Main Naigation rule in Cosmos Theme

We are using cosmos theme but want to have different set of Menu. I have added my own Menu Items, which are working fine. Just wondering, if we can modify/add menu items in the OOTB 

MainNavigation- pyDynamicNavigation, which refers to pagelist D_pzDynamicNavigationPages.pxResults
