Can anyone help me with my Workflow?

So you see the workflow in the picture:

I want to know how can I put API in the collect information step?

and then I want to sort the feedback and then transfer it to another Case type.

the main problem is that I searched a lot about how can I make API in the step collect information and then transfer the step to another step where you sort the feedback and found nothing
