Can anyone guide me how to use custom diagnostic logs using Automation link component, i haven't seen it in my toolbox.

Hello,
If you want to see the RuntimeLog.txt file, you need to enable the FilePublisher in C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\OpenSpan\RuntimeConfig.xml as shown below:
<publisher mode="on" trace_mode="on" exception_mode="on" assembly="OpenSpan" type="OpenSpan.Diagnostics.Publishers.FilePublisher" fileName="RuntimeLog.txt" filesToKeep="1" initMode="ClearLog" />
After enabling the FilePublisher, try to relaunch the robotics studio and try to run the project then check for the RuntimeLog.txt file in C:\Users\{user}\AppData\Roaming\OpenSpan location in my case.
Hope this will help you to see the log file in the desired location.

Can you check RuntimeConfig.xml from this directory if you made any changes in that? Have you altered any other config files to potentially move the log files to another location?
