Can you pls explain your business requirement? What kind of validation you want to perform?
CheckForCustomWarnings activity can be specialized for Rule-Declare-DecisionTable class to validate the values entered in decision table’s columns.

There is no special business requirement for that. I'm doing it for just testing purpose. I just want to know Is there any way to call a validate rule in a decision table?

As per my knowledge, you can't call a validation rule from the decision table directly.
Kindly let me know if you need any other alternative and just let me know the correct business requirement
