How does Pega select the calendar instance for SLA processing in the pyCaseTypeDefault SLA rule?

It follows the following order 1. First it looks if any calendar is associated with the work item.pyCalendar work property. 2. Calendar specified in the operator instance or the organization instance. 3. If all are empty, then it uses the calendar instance named Default. You can check DefineSLATimes activity for more info
