Calendar change month from January to December

Hi,

It is not possible to change the month backwards from January to December using the arrows in the date time control.

It seems there is no OOTB fix via date time control settings. Is there a way to fix this issue? 

We use Pega 8.1.2. But there was another post stating this issue is happening on 7.4 as well and a product enhancement request was submitted. What is the progress about this request? Request id: FDBK-29850
