Business Calendar per year? Whats the impact for addtime calculation when this is across multiple years?
So we have a "NLCalendar" and this has a start date with the office hours and the holiday dates.
Now I need to know if I should not create one per year each starting at the start of the year or have only one with all the holidays starting from the year when we go live?
For example we use ootb addtime to calculate the datetime value for an SLA which takes the business calendar as a parameter, if we have multiple calendars per year will this still work?
In a nutshell how should the calendar be used yearly or just have only one?
