Business Architect Challenge question

I am trying to complete the Creating a child Case for BAs challenge in the Business Architect mission and am stuck at the Configure the Send service summary Email Step (Step 8). I can not locate the Send service summary Step within the service Case type. Is there anyone that can help me get past this issue?
