Bulk Operator Upload - Pega 8.7

Greetings. Hope you are well! I was reading through this https://docs-previous.pega.com/application-development/87/operators and noticed the following
Bulk operator load
To save time, you can create operator ID instances by importing a comma-separated values (CSV) file, such as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet.
Is this now available OOTB with Pega 8.7.0? I could not find it myself even within User Management via App Studio. Please let me know if this is available

@KOMARINA I don't think there is an OOTB wizard to create operators in bulk so you might need a file service to do this.

Pega has an OOTB operator maintenance component, I think it should satisfy your need, email your pega systems counterpart to get that component app.
