BUG in dynamic layout-7.1.9

There is a bug in dynamic layout . If I set the label position in a dynamic layout to none then the minimum height specified in the dynamic layout format is not set. However when I have a default label position then the minimum height configuration of a dynamic layout is used. This is on Pega 7.1.9

In order to identify if the issue reported is a bug in the product, could you share the screenshot of the configuration made at your end.
