Browser Alert when SLA Reaches deadline

Hi All,

we have a requirement like based on the SLA Deadline we need to provide an Alert to the customer even they minimize the browser and do other works in diff browsers (due to customs restrictions Emails and Messages are not allowed). !! any Idea how can we do like Browser blinking based on the SLA deadline time...!!

We need to provide some alerts when the user is not active like minimizing the Browser also.!!
