BOT Traning-Digital messaging

Whenever the BOT does not understand the text given by the users it automatically adds the same text to training data without associating with any topic.

We want the onus of associating and identifying the training text and topic to fall on CSR directly at the close of chat interaction.

How to disable the OOTB behaviour of the BOT?
