Bot deployment

Hello team,

We have a locally designed bot that we need to deploy on one user's computer.

What is the best way to deploy this. Upon going through a few posts it looks like Pega RUntime needs to be installed and it can execute the robot. Is this the best way to do it ? Can a user run bot without any additional software installed on his machine?

Pega Robotics Runtime is required to run any automations you have created. You must install the same version of Runtime as the version of Studio that you created your automations with. You have many deployment options, but the simplest is to place the deployment package on a network location and update the RuntimeConfig.xml to point to it. In the RuntimeConfig.xml is a key labelled StartUpProject. Set this to the full path to your ".OpenSpan" file.
