Bootstrapper Error

Hi All,

I'm trying to install Pega Native Foundation.  When I run the setup wizard I receive the following error: "this package can only be run from a bootstrapper" then The Pega Native Foundation Setup ends prematurely.  

Please help.... What do I need to do to solve this issue?

I suspect you haven't extracted the contents of the install zip and are simply running the single install file for PNF. It relies on other files present in the install zip, so they must all be extracted together.
