BIX: We are getting Errors mentioned below while running BIX extract through Scripts

PFB mentioned Error messages we are observing while running the extract through Scheduled Cron Jobs. Not able to get how to fix this . . Please share any ideas to overcome these errors.

ERROR   - Problem registering database "OracleEBS" during initialization; page: <?xml version="1.0"?>

ERROR   - Current heartbeat is taking longer than [30000]ms. Creating a thread dump...

ERROR   - Clustering has been disabled on this node by setting 'identification/cluster/protocol' to 'none', however the protocol currently being used by the cluster is 'hazelcast'.  This inconsistency will cause functionality that uses the cluster to fail on this node which can lead to data consistency problems and potential data loss. This node should be shutdown and restarted with clustering enabled.
