Bix on Oracle Data Guard Standby database
Hi,
Can I run Bix on A Read Only database? I am using -u -U pyupdate option. This helps in not writing the pr_extract_time. However when I am trying to run Pega on a read only Database I am getting insert statements failure error on Pr_sys_ruleset_index. Is there a setting to stop writing anything on prpc db and do only read operations in bix

Read only databases are currently not supported for BIX. That said, this is already in our backlog. Please reach out to your account executive with your use cases so that product management can prioritize this appropriately for a future release of BIX.

Hi,
There are certain parameters which are updated or inserted in pega tables, which are required for running extracts. Especially extracts which are time based like Delta extracts which are performed taking into consideration the last extract time.
