Why is BIX still being distributed as a Ruleset to include in the application (rather than a component or built-on application?).  The default pattern has us include it in each application that wants to define extract rules, and this requires review with each Pega version update in the Cloud.  We are migrating many 'microjourney' applications into Pega Cloud.

We can move the ruleset reference to one of our framework applications, or package it as a component ourselves, but will this cause an issue for BIX functioning?
