Can any one suggest the best way to show work objects to Service Items with in Interaction Case. Above mentioned Work objects are created outside of the by background agents. Since those work objects are assigned to same CSR, I wanted to show them as action items (Service Items) for CSR to act up on.
Example: WorkObject - A-123 created by a back ground agent and assigned to CSR1
Now CSR1 is part of Interaction case. I want the interaction case to be have A-123 by default show them as In-progress Tasks.
