We facing the performance issue in production env while running campaign. So we do some tuning for the strategy in lower environment and we observed that few of the strategy give positive impact while calling it directly but not when the campaign run.

The strategy is OOTB from Pega such this strategy ActionModelImpl . So We have below queris regarding these changes:

1. Can the strategy be modified according to business needs? if yes how do we verify all the impact to overall system(i.e. campaign runtime or campaign output) and is there anything that needs to be checked before modified the startegy ?
2. What is the best practice while tuning any strategies in Pega?
