Best Order to restart Pega Platform 8.3 to 8.4

Hello,

I was looking to find more information/update on this post

we are running UserAPI, Streams, DDS,Serach RTDG, Background/Batch Realtime, ACM, BIX agents

what restart order works for 8.4 as opposed to 8.3 or does order not matter?
