We are in mobile app development using v722 and we have an issue in signature control after giving the data into it. What is the best possible option from the below I am thinking?

1) Field level audit history- if yes, any thoughts to do it from ootb stand?

2) oLog messages - if yes, we can call a DT logic to capture in logs while changing/touching the signature control or while clicking on attachment button. Is my understanding correct?

Apart from these, any suggestions from experts on this?
