best approach to implement get work when two child cases should be picked by two different operator

Hi Team,

i Have requirement where two cases is present in a WB . If Operator A got the 1st child case and if again he is doing get work he should not get the 2nd child case.

Your first step would be to read the documentation and available articles that explain the general way that the get-work mechanism can be customized.

Once you've done that, you can design your customization to make use of the audit history on the relevant cases so that you don't pick the second case for the same user.
