Batch Run Validation in Strategy

Hi,

I performed batch case validation in Strategy for Decision tab and it gives me the offers with 100% and 0% for some components.

Requirement: When I perform Single test run through a data transform with 1 customer's data, it shows me 1 offer. However, when I do the same Customer's run(Source: Data flow, CSV file) on Batch Run, it does not show me the same offer. 

Expectation: It should show the same offer with Single run and Batch run as the input customer data is the same.

Is anyone aware of what can be the issue?
