Badge Images in My Dashboard Do Not Appear

For over a month, I see what is attached below.  The images do not appear.  I have tried Chrome on Mac and Windows as well as Edge on both platforms.  I used to see the badge icons with the different colors indicating you are up to date (or not).

Thoughts on how to fix?
