Bad Link in 8.3 installation guide download

When I go to the site to download the Installation guide for 8.3 for Tomcat and Oracle I am given the installation guide for Websphere Liberty and Oracle. Please see the attachment; it shows at the very top that it is selecting Tomcat/Oracle but the document is clearly Liberty/Oracle
